I have this question in a different category of Yahoo Answers, but has only received a response .... and was within the meaning of "do not ask the United States, see a doctor, stupid."

My feeling is that it was in this category instead.

I had a terrible side-effects of Effexor for about 16 days now - complete numbness in the left side of the head, face and neck. I have a reference to this incident on the Internet. My doctor has little or nothing to say except: "I think we have to wait only until the drug completely from your system ... I do not know how long it takes." The half-life of Effexor XR for 9 days, I think I have to wait more time until it completely out of my system. This is scary, frightening, very boring. And I'm climbing the walls. Does anyone know of any way to hurry this process? Someone recommended to take niacin. I am very desperate to go away after this.
