If you have a CPT code book, which is used. You can search for "the removal of a liver cyst and it appears in the wrong direction. Beat the resection or removal. Then you look for the division through the site. The site is the liver. Probably could use 50.2 Local Excision or destruction of liver tissue and lesion. A cyst is a lesion.
