My daughter loves Charlie and Lola and I want to write a letter. I have tried to find information online, but without result. I also called Penguin Books, could not help but. I really appreciate the help on this problem. Thank you.

My guess is that Penguin is the publisher of the series? Of course he will address a particular author. Not all fans are healthy, is not it?
Letters to the authors arrive on time on target when sent into the care of the publisher. What they do is collect the left until it for years, or until you have enough to justify a brown envelope, and the author in a small batch.
If your daughter wants an answer that their chances of winning increases for himself, enclosing a stamped envelope.
Send the attention of the letter to the editor will send them.
